Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and manage commercial documentation for import and export activities.
- Independently handle L/C operations, banking procedures, and related documentation.
- Manage EXP, BL, LCA, and L/C amendment processes.
- Handle bonded warehouse operations, bond certificates, and other bond-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with HS Codes, Customs Act, Import/Export Policies, bond procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Handle banking procedures related to L/C, TT, RTGS, FDD, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain effective communication and correspondence with Customs, Banks, and C&F Agents through email and verbal communication.
- Maintain organized hard-copy registers and records for all commercial activities.
- Handle necessary coordination, documentation, and permissions with BTMC, CCI&E, NBR, EPB, and other relevant authorities as required.
- Prepare required statements and reports according to management requirements.
- Perform any other commercial or administrative duties assigned by management.
