Position: Call Center Communication Executive

Unity Business Solution (UBS) is looking for confident, energetic, and English-speaking professionals to join its growing team. The selected candidates will communicate with customers and business prospects in the USA market while supporting lead generation, customer acquisition, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Make outbound calls to customers and business prospects in the USA market.
✔ Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
✔ Generate, identify, and qualify potential business leads.
✔ Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
✔ Follow assigned scripts, campaigns, and calling guidelines.
✔ Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
✔ Follow up with prospects when required.
✔ Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
✔ Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer communication.
✔ Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements

✔ Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
✔ Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
✔ Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
✔ Basic computer knowledge.
✔ Willingness to work the night shift.
✔ Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
✔ Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
