At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial duties, legal compliance, or similar fields, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership or managerial position, preferably within banks or non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs).
Preference will be given to candidates who are Associate (ACS) or Fellow Members (FCS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).
Comprehensive understanding of company law, corporate governance principles, and the regulatory framework applicable to NBFIs in Bangladesh.
Solid knowledge of board processes, including meeting coordination, documentation, and resolution management.
Strong grasp of corporate and regulatory compliance matters, with a detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and filings.
Proficiency in drafting and communication in both Bangla and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external regulatory authorities.
Priority will be given to candidates with excellent typing and drafting skills in Bengali for formal documentation.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and high ethical standards in handling confidential information.

This position involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters, overseeing Board and Committee meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely reporting to key regulators, including Bangladesh Bank, RJSC, BSEC, and others.
