✔ A valid Japanese driver’s license is required after joining the company

✔ Genuine interest in construction management, site supervision, and civil/building construction projects

Working Conditions

✔ Work Location: Kagoshima City, Kagoshima, Japan

✔ Working Days: 5 days per week

✔ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

✔ Annual Holidays: 126 days

✔ Overtime: Generally not required. The base salary includes a fixed overtime allowance. Any overtime exceeding the fixed allowance will be paid separately in accordance with company policy

✔ Transfer: Work assignments may be within Kagoshima Prefecture. Depending on the employee’s preference and business requirements, opportunities to work in Okinawa or Ishigaki may also be available

Job Responsibilities

✔ Manage and supervise construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution

✔ Monitor construction progress, work schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely completion

✔ Coordinate daily site activities, contractors, workers, subcontractors, and relevant project personnel

✔ Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements
