A package of 3,20,000 BDT has been set by Sena Kalyan Overseas (excluding costs for medical, police clearance, biometric fingerprinting, insurance, TTC training, TTC fingerprinting, etc.).
A construction worker is responsible for performing a range of physical tasks on construction sites, including preparing the site, handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting skilled trades professionals to ensure the smooth progress of construction activities.
Clearing debris: Removing waste, trash, and hazards from the work area to maintain a safe environment.
Excavation and backfilling: Digging trenches and preparing the ground for foundations, utilities, and infrastructure installations.
Scaffolding setup and removal: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures for safe access and work platforms.
Material handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials using hand tools or machinery as required.
Supporting tradespeople: Assisting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers with moving materials, setting up equipment, and performing basic tasks under supervision.
Operating machinery: Using basic construction machinery such as jackhammers, drills, and saws under appropriate supervision.
Adhering to safety protocols: Following safety guidelines, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Maintaining site organization: Keeping the work area clean, removing obstacles, and organizing materials to support safety and workflow efficiency.
Temporary structures: Constructing and dismantling temporary barriers, scaffolding, and other worksite structures as needed.
Equipment operation: Using hand and power tools for tasks such as concrete mixing and material assembly.
Demolition support: Assisting with demolition activities under supervision, including the use of power tools or controlled demolition techniques.
Traffic management: When required, directing traffic around the construction site to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
Other Benefits
Salary: 900 SR + 200 SR (food allowance), totaling 1,100 SR for outdoor work.
Language Allowance: Additional 200 SR for proficiency in spoken English.
Overtime: Provided as per company requirements in accordance with Saudi Labour Law.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided by the company.
Iqama (residency permit): Provided by the company.
Leave Policy: 42 days of leave with a return air ticket (Dammam-Dhaka-Dammam) after completing 2 years of service.
