Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to promote the company's IT products and digital services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct sales activities.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's solutions, including Custom Software, Website Design & Development, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and Bulk SMS Services.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents for prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and sales leads, negotiate effectively, and convert prospects into successful customers.
  • Coordinate with the technical, implementation, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, customer databases, and regular sales reports.
  • Participate in business meetings, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities to expand market reach.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with the company's policies, ethical standards, and business objectives.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client communications, negotiations, and business dealings.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by building a strong and sustainable corporate client base.
  • Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
