We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives, achieve sales targets, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our construction chemicals business. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of modern marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Market Research
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and business opportunities.
Analyze competitor products and strategies to position Merchant Line’s products effectively in the market.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and engage new clients through effective communication, presentations, and personalized solutions.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in construction chemical products.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and applications to clients.
Marketing Campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
Utilize both digital marketing channels and traditional methods to reach target audiences.
Sales Presentations & Reporting
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Address client concerns, objections, and queries effectively.
Generate regular sales performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
Collaboration
Partner with the product development team to relay customer feedback and market insights.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to share best practices and foster a supportive environment.
