  • Willingness to travel within the Chittagong zone for client meetings and follow-ups.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals within the corporate sector in the Chittagong region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective corporate clients to grow market presence.
  • Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the corporate sales department.
Account Management:
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their technology and electronics needs.
  • Present Walton’s product portfolio through meetings and demonstrations, highlighting benefits tailored to corporate use.
  • Manage corporate accounts by handling negotiations, pricing agreements, and contract discussions.
Client Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand specific requirements and provide customized solutions from Walton’s product offerings, including electronics and appliances.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure product alignment with client specifications.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Perform market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and identify potential customers within the Chittagong region.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.
Coordination & Support:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to facilitate seamless delivery and after-sales support for corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, invoicing, and issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Promotional Activities:
  • Represent Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. at local business events, trade shows, and conferences within the Chittagong area.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns aimed at corporate clients in the region.
