Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive market growth for Walton lifts.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors, positioning Walton as a preferred choice.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives as set by management.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Connect with new and existing clients to understand their specific needs, offering tailored lift solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and advantages to clients.
  • Foster strong, lasting client relationships to promote ongoing business and client loyalty.
  • Market Research & Business Development
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and to boost lead generation.
  • Technical Coordination
  • Partner with technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and installation plans align with client needs.
  • Relay client feedback on product performance and requirements for ongoing improvement.
  • Post-Sales & Customer Satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-ups post-installation to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Work with customer support and technical service teams to resolve client concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and the sales pipeline for effective account management.
