About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative with a proven history of selling services to large corporate clients. This role focuses on generating new business through cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to secure security and janitorial service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect corporate clients through research and targeted outreach.
Demonstrate strong experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.
Supervise field teams through visits, observations, and performance tracking, while monitoring daily field activities.
Exhibit an aggressive and results-driven sales approach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and sales materials.
Possess strong business communication skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders.
Generate and meet market demand through effective product promotion.
Conduct market research to evaluate demand, competition, and opportunities.
Present security and janitorial service offerings clearly and persuasively.
Manage and track sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues or concerns.
