  • Masters, Masters in Bank Management (MBM), Cost Management and Cost Analysis.

Additional Requirements


  • BSc in Textile Engineer will get preferred.
  • Work experienced in CC with Top Management.
  • Minimum 06 to above years’ experience in CC.
  •  Having experience in Semi /Large Lingerie factory.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
  • Should have strong communication skill in English.
  • Having good knowledge on Computer.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd., a well-reputed European company and a diversified business conglomerate in the lingerie garment industry, is undergoing a major expansion in its production and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in cost control for lingerie garments to join our team as a Cost Controller (CC).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor company expenses and implement strategies to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic financial audits and checks, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Department Heads to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective projects and provide recommendations on their financial feasibility.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong background in cost control, financial analysis, and budget management within the lingerie garment industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
