Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis:
  • Understand clients’ travel needs by asking relevant questions and gathering comprehensive information.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodations, exchange rates, safety measures, and immunization requirements.
  • Booking & Travel Arrangements:
  • Offer tailored travel options, outlining available choices based on client preferences and budget.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and car rentals, ensuring all arrangements align with client specifications.
  • Provide detailed travel itineraries and schedules where required.
  • Client Service & Relationship Management:
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Data Management & Confidentiality:
  • Accurately record and maintain client information in company databases.
  • Safeguard all client data, ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Report to the Travel Manager on bookings, client interactions, and any travel-related issues.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
