  • বয়সসীমা ২৫ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
  • FSW, হিজড়া এবং অন্যান্য key population-এর সঙ্গে পেশাগতভাবে কাজ ও যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • পরিবর্তনশীল কাজের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী দ্রুত মানিয়ে নেওয়ার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • বহুমাত্রিক টিম পরিচালনা ও তত্ত্বাবধানের দক্ষতা এবং উচ্চমানের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • লিখিত ও মৌখিক—উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই কার্যকর যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকা আবশ্যক।
  • উন্নতমানের রিপোর্ট লেখার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
  • সরকারি দপ্তর ও অন্যান্য স্টেকহোল্ডারদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় ও যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন, অগ্রগতি মূল্যায়ন এবং নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
  • সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ৩ থেকে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context

Client Counselling and Support

  • Deliver counselling services and psychosocial support to beneficiaries at the service center.
  • Refer clients to relevant service centers or institutions for additional support when necessary.
  • Assist in conducting client feedback surveys, including exit interviews.

GBV Case Management

  • Carry out comprehensive initial assessments, ensuring the safety, dignity, and confidentiality of survivors.
  • Apply a survivor-centered approach in all interactions, following GBV guiding principles.
  • Ensure appropriate and ethical referrals to relevant service providers.

Working with Survivors

  • Engage with survivors by obtaining informed consent and properly documenting and categorizing cases.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and prepare individualized case management plans.
  • Provide culturally appropriate psychosocial counselling and emotional support.
  • Coordinate with healthcare, legal, and shelter service providers to ensure access to essential services.

Case Documentation and Confidentiality

  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records in line with ethical and professional standards.
  • Follow established Information Sharing Protocols (ISP) for managing case data.

Supervision and Technical Support

  • Participate in regular case management supervision and mentoring sessions with field staff and peer educators.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to peer educators to strengthen their capacity.

Awareness and Coordination

  • Support awareness campaigns on GBV, social mobilization, and other program-related activities.
  • Stay updated on GBV referral pathways and maintain strong coordination with service providers to ensure timely support for survivors.

Capacity Development

  • Take part in relevant training programs and apply acquired knowledge to improve case management practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for community volunteers, CBO leaders, and stakeholders on GBV prevention and response.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of community-based capacity-building initiatives.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Serve as a key resource for safeguarding practices and regularly update team members on SHEA guidelines and standards.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration through regular meetings, while recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
