Responsibilities & Context
We are a UK-based education provider seeking a meticulous and organized Course Coordinator to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our academic courses. This pivotal role requires a collaborative team player who ensures the delivery of high-quality educational and training programs. The Course Coordinator will conduct research, develop course outlines, prepare materials, and provide essential support to achieve our educational goals.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant and up-to-date content for academic courses
- Analyse current educational trends and best practices to enhance course offerings
- Develop comprehensive course and training outlines that meet academic standards and objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective course content
- Design and prepare course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assessments
- Ensure all course materials are accessible and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing courses through feedback and assessment data
- Implement improvements and updates to course content and delivery methods
- Provide support and guidance to team members involved in course development and delivery
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and coordination efforts to ensure smooth course operations
