Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to align the institution's mission, vision, and goals with the academic program's objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and drive the overall development of the nursing college.
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to institutional guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and direction for academic programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure academic growth and quality standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with university, regulatory bodies, and Nursing Council requirements, including curriculum, syllabus, and ordinances.
  • Maintain discipline and address policy violations, initiating appropriate actions while promoting the welfare of both students and staff.
  • Define staffing needs, allocate responsibilities, and establish an effective framework for staff operations, including organizing regular meetings.
  • Submit regular reports and updates to the Head Office regarding institutional progress.
  • Prepare and propose development plans to enhance the college's infrastructure and academic offerings.
  • Supervise clinical practice placements to ensure students receive 100% practical training in professional settings.
  • Handle public relations, foster global partnerships, and build international networks for academic and professional collaboration.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
