Creative Graphic Designer

✔ Age: At least 18 years.
✔ Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
✔ Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
✔ Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, composition, and visual hierarchy.
✔ Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and mobile-first design concepts.
✔ Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
✔ A strong and relevant portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory. Portfolio links from Behance, Dribbble, or similar platforms are acceptable.

AI Skills — Preferred

✔ Candidates who can effectively leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and design workflows will receive positive consideration.
✔ Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar AI-powered creative and design tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Brain Craft Limited is seeking two experienced Creative Graphic Designers to support its growing portfolio of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging, and performance-oriented design assets that enhance user experience, strengthen brand identity, and support product growth.

The role requires close collaboration with UI/UX Designers, Product Teams, and Marketing Teams to maintain visual consistency and ensure seamless design integration across next-generation mobile applications and digital platforms. Candidates should have a strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, user behavior, visual communication, and app store design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design high-quality visual assets for mobile applications, including App Icons, App Store/Play Store Screenshots, In-App Banners, Subscription Icons, Design Templates, and other product-related graphics.
✔ Create engaging marketing creatives, event banners, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and social media graphics.
✔ Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure a consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly visual experience across iOS and Android platforms.
✔ Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with product objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
✔ Follow current graphic design, mobile app, and digital design trends to create modern and visually appealing content.
✔ Maintain brand consistency across mobile applications, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital touchpoints.
✔ Contribute innovative design ideas to improve product presentation, user engagement, and overall visual quality.
