Responsibilities & Context

  • Facebook page Management and client handling to handle incoming calls from customers.
  • Need give outgoing calls to the customers.
  • Need to provide service via Live chat with customers.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service, ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Need to provide service to all customers politely with a positive attitude & professionalism.
  • Ability to explain product/process/information.
  • Processing orders and customer data uploaded on (Google drive) Excel file.
  • Regular Daily Activity reporting to Management.
  • Any assigned work from management.
