Responsibilities & Context

  • Expected to be goal-oriented and ensure timely achievement of targets.
  • Required to visit clients regularly.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers to meet sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Arrange project visits for clients as needed.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
