Responsibilities & Context

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to assist customers efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Record and manage customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist with onboarding processes and provide education on products and services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, and recommend improvements.
