Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled interns to join our team as Customer Relationship Interns. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and relationship management.


  • Respond promptly to customer queries professionally on the Facebook page & group.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
