Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees, serving as the first point of contact to ensure a professional and friendly impression.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Administrative & Coordination Support
Provide administrative support to management by scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules for clients and employees to ensure smooth office operations.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and a welcoming reception area.
Assist with basic HR tasks, including attendance tracking and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
Problem Solving & Client Support
