Responsibilities & Context

As a Customer Relationship Officer at Goodybro Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our e-commerce platform.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels (email, chat, phone,massenger).
- Manage customer accounts, track order status, and process returns and exchanges.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
