Customer Relationship Officer (Night Shift)

✔ Follow structured communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective handling of various customer inquiries and concerns.

✔ Understand customer needs by gathering and clarifying relevant information, researching issues, and providing prompt and effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

✔ Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and engage with them on various topics using predefined communication scripts.

✔ Identify customer requirements, assess their concerns, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives to ensure a positive customer experience.

✔ Promote and sell company products or services over the phone while following established sales guidelines and achieving assigned targets.

✔ Accurately record all customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in the call center database.

✔ Maintain clear, complete, and organized call records for future reference and performance reporting.

✔ Participate in regular training sessions and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and overall performance.

✔ Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining required qualitative and quantitative standards.
