  • Position Overview:
  • BYSL Global Technology Group seeks energetic Customer Service Representatives to deliver top-tier customer support. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to social media inquiries, and ensuring excellent service with fluent communication in both English and Bengali.
  • Key Duties:
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both English and Bengali.
  • Manage online orders and oversee follow-ups until delivery is completed.
  • Use the appropriate tools to provide accurate, complete, and relevant information.
  • Resolve customer complaints with suitable solutions to foster long-term relationships.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues through internal systems for further assistance.
  • Ensure an enjoyable, professional experience that leaves customers satisfied.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Regularly report complex cases to the appropriate personnel.
