  • Strong communication skills in Bengali and English (For Telesales English is must).
  • Females are encouraged to apply for Telesales Executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • At least 1 year of experience in call center. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to receive customer queries and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions for client needs.
  • Support in creating a positive and memorable customer experience for all.
  • Maintain and update client records with accurate information.
  • Duty time will be on a roster basis. For male, they have to keep a mindset to work in night shift too.
