  • Strong communication skills in Bengali and English (For Telesales English is must).
  • Females are encouraged to apply for Telesales Executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • At least 1 year of experience in call center. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Candidates have to receive inbound and make outbound calls.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products/services we provide in outbound calls.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Maintain databases for both contacted customers and potential customers. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Timely submission of any work when assigned.
  • Report and coordinate with the team leader on any client requirement/issues.
  • Dive deep converting outbound/inbound to sales.
