Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
  • International Call Center, Inbound calls only.
  • No sales target.
  • PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD IN ENGLISH SPEAKING.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls only in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “Scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
