Preference will be given to candidates with experience in beauty salon customer management.
Excellent in customer handling, both in-person and over the phone.
Ability to work under pressure and during extended hours.
Must be disciplined, proactive, and organized.
Strong decision-making and complaint-handling skills.
Conduct daily audits to ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the service area.
Guide service personnel to maintain a high standard of service.
Motivate beauticians and cleaners to achieve desired performance outcomes.
Welcome clients and communicate with them effectively and courteously.
Understand customers’ needs thoroughly and provide accurate information accordingly.
Attend to clients’ concerns and ensure they are properly addressed.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Perform routine tasks assigned by management and provide timely feedback as per company requirements.
