Perform daily audits to ensure the service area meets strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Supervise and guide service personnel to uphold high-quality service standards.
Motivate beauticians and cleaning staff to consistently achieve targeted performance levels.
Warmly welcome clients and communicate with them effectively.
Fully understand customers’ needs and provide clear, accurate information accordingly.
Address client requirements and concerns promptly, ensuring they are properly followed up.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Carry out routine tasks assigned by management and deliver feedback as required by company policies.
