We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support both inbound and outbound customer service operations. The role involves professionally handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while ensuring high service quality, compliance, and data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.
Provide accurate information on accounts, cards, digital banking, and general service inquiries.
Log customer interactions, complaints, and service requests accurately in the CRM system.
Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Supervisor in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and organizational information at all times.
Adhere to approved call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve assigned KPIs, including AHT, FCR, CSAT, call quality, and attendance targets.
