Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the entire Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring smooth workflow from input order to final delivery.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers through both phone and email to address queries and provide updates.
  • Coordinate internally with the P&O, Production Control, and Commercial teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle price and color registration processes with accuracy.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with the production team to track and ensure progress as per the schedule.
  • Review Letters of Credit (LC) and monitor outstanding payments with customers, implementing regular follow-ups to minimize unshipped orders.
  • Manage and monitor Direct-to-Manufacturing (DTM) processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee slider purchases and follow-ups to maintain production timelines.
  • Coordinate and arrange the preparation and delivery of samples to customers.
  • Thoroughly check Proforma Invoices (PIs) for accuracy before order confirmation to avoid errors.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager to support departmental objectives.
