  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or similar field of study.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing product information, resolving issues, helping with online applications and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Operation Team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolve them by working with required teams.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system or database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services, gather feedback, and address any remaining concerns or questions.
