Job Context
JSK Group operates across multiple sectors, including Brokerage, Transport Services (Bus & Air Ticketing), Hospitals & Diagnostics, Doctor Chambers, and Report Delivery. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to manage various call center services, including inbound and outbound calls, sales, technical support, and general customer care across these sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to provide information and support for brokerage, transport, hospital & diagnostic, doctor chambers, and report delivery services.
Conduct outbound calls for sales, lead generation, appointment scheduling, ticketing, and follow-ups.
Offer technical and administrative assistance as needed (e.g., ticket booking, hospital appointments, patient inquiries, report delivery updates).
Professionally resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Meet daily and weekly KPIs and service targets across all sectors.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Adhere to company scripts, policies, and procedures for all service areas.
