Responsibilities & Context

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing information on our products and services, and assisting customers with online orders. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, providing timely and suitable solutions.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and current promotions.
  • Document and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and fulfill customer needs.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain performance metrics.
