Pickup and Delivery Operations: Execute scheduled pickups of dirty laundry from customers’ homes or businesses and deliver clean, folded, or dry-cleaned items back within the specified time.
Route Optimization: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure timely service.
Accurate Tracking: Maintain precise records of pickups, deliveries, and customer orders.
Payment Processing: Collect payments or obtain signatures as required during delivery.
Exceptional Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all customers.
Addressing Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling.
Resolving Issues: Proactively identify and resolve minor service issues or customer concerns; escalate complex issues to management.
Communication with Dispatch/Management: Regularly update dispatch or the main facility on progress, delays, or any issues.
Recording Preferences: Maintain detailed records of customer preferences (e.g., special care instructions) to ensure personalized service.
Willingness to Work: Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
