Responsibilities & Context

  • Welcoming all customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Responding to all first-level inquiries promptly and professionally across various communication channels.
  • Ensuring customer interactions are being proactive, friendly, and compliant with Client brand guidelines and Customer Service standards.
  • Providing accurate information and promotional material on all services offered by the client. Guiding customers through the registration process and making efforts to resolve issues at first contact.
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their objectives, needs, and requirements.
  • Promoting self-access solutions to customers and assisting them as a floor walker.
  • Contributing to customer service indicators such as CSAT, customer feedback, net promoter score, and customer effort assessment scores.
  • Recording all interactions and maintaining up-to-date information in CRM databases and records.
  • Passing on all feedback and customer comments to the shift in charge or line manager promptly.
  • Registering and processing payments from customers while adhering to established procedures. Effectively resolving and recording customer inquiries and complaints on CRM or appropriate systems.
  • Handling first-level complaints promptly and escalating serious and sensitive complaints as necessary.
