  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Excellent English skill (Spoken & Written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional seeking an opportunity to make a lasting impact? Lnkits Technologies Bangladesh, a prominent China-based Internet Product Marketplace, is actively searching for a proactive and detail-oriented "Customer Success Marketing" to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for both customer success management and marketing to enhance customer experience, foster engagement, drive retention and payment follow-ups.


  • Customer Task Management: Coordinate and follow up on customer tasks related to image and video production, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Content Writing: Collaborate with the marketing team to write and edit captions for different types of content, such as social media posts and website materials.
  • Payment Management: Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding payments and invoices, and manage any payment-related inquiries or issues.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, Managing client communication across WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, tasks completed, and payments received.
