Age between 22 to 35 years
1–2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant field
(Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
Female candidates are preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
Basic knowledge of VoIP, Bulk SMS services, Call Center solutions, or CRM systems will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Skills
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through phone, email, live chat, and Facebook Messenger in a professional manner.
Clearly promote company products and services, ensuring customers understand features and benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions accordingly.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to support business growth.
Provide basic technical and non-technical support related to VoIP, CRM, Bulk SMS, and Call Center solutions.
Assist customers in troubleshooting common service-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for advanced problem resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records by updating CRM systems and tracking support tickets.
Follow up with interested and existing clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Collect potential leads from Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms and perform cold calling to introduce company services.
Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, lead status, and support activities.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional communication.
