A well-reputed bank is looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join its expanding team as Customer Support Associates (CSA). The role involves delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and satisfying banking experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Accurately managing daily cash operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Receiving and processing utility bills, loan installments, and other collections in accordance with bank procedures.
Verifying customer identities and transaction documents before execution.
Recording all cash and non-cash transactions correctly in the banking system.
Balancing the cash drawer and reconciling any discrepancies at the end of each day.
Providing courteous, timely, and professional assistance to all customers.
Maintaining strict compliance with banking policies, AML, and KYC regulations.
Supporting sales initiatives by cross-selling bank products and services.
Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring proper resolution or escalation when necessary.
Safeguarding bank funds, instruments, and customer information with confidentiality and care.
Assisting in updating customer records and maintaining digital documentation.
Coordinating with internal teams for document verification and information support.
Monitoring system alerts, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
