  • Skilled in data entry, both in Bangla and English. 

Responsibilities & Context

A well-reputed bank is looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join its expanding team as Customer Support Associates (CSA). The role involves delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and satisfying banking experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately managing daily cash operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

  • Receiving and processing utility bills, loan installments, and other collections in accordance with bank procedures.

  • Verifying customer identities and transaction documents before execution.

  • Recording all cash and non-cash transactions correctly in the banking system.

  • Balancing the cash drawer and reconciling any discrepancies at the end of each day.

  • Providing courteous, timely, and professional assistance to all customers.

  • Maintaining strict compliance with banking policies, AML, and KYC regulations.

  • Supporting sales initiatives by cross-selling bank products and services.

  • Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring proper resolution or escalation when necessary.

  • Safeguarding bank funds, instruments, and customer information with confidentiality and care.

  • Assisting in updating customer records and maintaining digital documentation.

  • Coordinating with internal teams for document verification and information support.

  • Monitoring system alerts, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
