  • HSC Pass or a Bachelor's degree in any subject.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls on time.
  • Must have computer knowledge to handle tasks efficiently.(With Microsoft Excel,Office, Powerpoint)
  • Write customer-centric scripts to enhance client communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
