  • Customer Assistance: Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, answer product-related questions, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Order Support: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and updates to guide customers effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
