  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and workflows.
  • Empathetic with a strong sense of accountability to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working hybrid/night shifts to accommodate US time zones.
  • Proficient in Zendesk, Excel, and internal systems.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Respond to customer requests with clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution per SOPs and SLAs.
  • Follow escalation protocols and collaborate with departments for follow-ups.
  • Work with internal teams (Account Management, Engineering, Operations) to resolve issues.
  • Escalate concerns and ensure updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as tracking requests, updating systems, and documenting resolutions.
  • Follow clear instructions to complete workflows accurately and on time.
  • Share task updates and escalate challenges, while keeping records organized and maintaining progress reports.
