Responsibilities & Context
Smart Software Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while working efficiently.
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately in company software and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
- Prepare and organize documents, records, and reports as required.
- Collect, compile, and update information from various sources.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Generate reports and assist different departments with data-related tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Perform regular data quality checks and corrections.
