Data Entry Operator

Job Context

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day data management activities by accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining information in company systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems, databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.

• Verify information and identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate data.

• Organize and maintain digital records and documents for easy access.

• Review entered data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Perform regular data updates and maintain records in an organized manner.

• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data lists as required.

• Assist with data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and basic spreadsheet tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect and verify required information.

• Complete assigned data entry tasks within specified deadlines.

• Perform other data management and administrative duties as assigned.
