Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
Ability to work well under pressure.

Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face.
A commitment to improve customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
Should have excellent knowledge on Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.

Job Responsibilities
Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products or services.
Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger SMS.
Investigating and solving customer's problems.
Handling client complaints or any major incidents.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
