We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will apply data science techniques, machine learning, and statistical modeling to healthcare data to uncover insights, build predictive models, and enhance patient outcomes. - Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured healthcare data from various sources, including patient records, imaging data, and clinical studies.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct statistical analyses and build models to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform better healthcare decision-making.
- Collaborate with software engineers, clinicians, and product managers to integrate data-driven insights into company products and services.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and optimize models and algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
- Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Document methodologies, processes, and model outputs for internal and external stakeholders.
