  • BI Development: Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) development with expertise in Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.
  • Wireframe Development: Advanced skills in creating wireframes for data visualization solutions.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from diverse sources.
  • Data Warehousing and ETL: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and expertise in ETL processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Business Writing: Proficient in business writing, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau/Metabase/Power BI dashboards and analytics to support business decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Tableau/Metabase/Power BI solutions.
  • Integrate Tableau/Metabase/Power BI with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Optimize Tableau/Metabase/Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of Tableau/Metabase/Power BI solutions to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau/Metabase/Power BI usage and best practices.
  • Stay current with Tableau/Metabase/Power BI features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
