Age requirement: 25 to 40 years.
Responsible for updating all local licenses and depot deeds.
Must be proficient in internet browsing, email communication, and using relevant software.
Should have strong knowledge of all feed types and be able to update feed rates (Broiler, Layer, Cattle, and Fish).
Must have practical experience in the related departments.
Should be familiar with FIFO and LIFO inventory management methods.
Maintain and regularly update the Stock Report. Ensure timely updates of all local licenses and depot deeds. Prepare and share periodic reports with the Head Office, including cash collections, feed sales, and bank deposits. Manage daily cash collection and secure bank deposits. Supervise the production process while planning and executing the production schedule. Oversee feed collection planning activities to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure efficient utilization of labor, delivery, and other operational resources. Monitor the delivery process and adjust schedules when necessary. Maintain strong relationships with dealers and marketing officers. Keep the feed price list updated at all times. Coordinate communication between various departments at the Head Office and the factory whenever required. Collaborate with department heads to implement company objectives and policies. Review production-related information, including transportation, and assist in achieving daily operational targets.
