Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, identify areas for improvement, and plan target solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements to guide the development of new applications.
• Create technical proposals and documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for both customers and team members.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest processes for system automation.
• Organize meetings and presentations to share ideas, progress, and insights.
• Document and communicate the outcomes of your efforts.
• Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers and management to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to project planning and execution.
• Draft Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and perform other analytical tasks.
• Verify that products meet actual business requirements.
