Additional Requirements

  • Age: Between 40 and 50 years.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in bulk or commodity sales and marketing, with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, high-volume transactions, and dealer/distributor network management.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Formulate and implement zone-specific sales strategies and annual operating plans in line with overall organizational goals.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of local and international commodity markets, including price movements, competitor activities, and supply–demand dynamics, to support informed decision-making.

  • Provide strategic input on pricing, volume planning, product mix optimization, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Lead, supervise, and continuously improve day-to-day sales and marketing operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Develop, appoint, and manage an effective network of dealers, distributors, and bulk buyers to expand market reach and drive sales growth.

  • Identify and develop new bulk business opportunities, including institutional clients and strategic accounts.

  • Ensure strict compliance with cash sales procedures, credit policies, and company sales guidelines.

  • Work closely with distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Track sales performance and prepare forecasts, MIS reports, and analytical insights for senior management review.

  • Organize and lead monthly sales meetings and performance review sessions.

  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
